For a large international webshop you facilitate French customers with their orders or questions. You assist about home and garden equipment via phone and email. Besides you interact with customers through responses and reviews on social media. One day you help a customer who has troubles with returning their product and the other day you respond on product reviews and questions.
In this informal international company the working hours are flexible between 09.00 and 19.00 and for 32 to 40 hours per week.
